The Writers Are No Longer Revolting

Yes the writers strike I wrote about is now over, screenwriters will be returning to work tomorrow. It seems that the threat of disruption to the annual circle jerk that is the Oscars was too great. Unfortunately this does not mean that we’re getting the rest of season 2 of Heroes, Season 3 starts filming in April and should hit screens stateside in September. No news as to when we’re getting season 2 over here in blighty, I would expect it to be about a year after the states does ![]()

Its sad really, that the rabid opponents of individual responsibility seem to have scored another victory in the war against grown ups making their own decisions. In an article in the Guardian on Saturday it was revealed that the government is to bring in a legally binding ratings system for games, not unlike the current film classification regime administered by the BBFC.
