The Size of the Sky

You forget how big the sky is.
When your horizons are restricted.
Its not something you think about.
When all you see are walls.
You live your life among bricks and mortar.
And lose the universe beyond.

Go and stand on a hilltop.
And enjoy the view.
Remember how to wonder.
At the scale and beauty of the world.
Be awestruck by the heavens.
And the distances involved.

Remember the size of the sky.
Surrender to the infinite.
Stretch your horizons.
Till they encompass everything.
This is what it feels like.
To think with a mind that is free.

Its not chronic, its acute. Its meant to convey the feeling that the flow is restricted and restrained behind the over-structuralisation of the full stops.
Or they could just be typos.
