Untidy mind…

I have an untidy mind. A lot of things float in and out of it on a daily basis many of which aren’t worth mentioning. Over the last couple of days (since my Visions of a Cyberstate post.) I’ve been mulling it over in my head, trying to come up with ways of improving the idea. There are apsects of it which I now realise are vulnerable to manipulation. It being based on the web makes it a prime target for hackers, either from other states trying to disrupt our political system, commercial interests trying to get more favourable legislation enacted, or ‘cyber-terrorists’ looking to cause chaos and uncertainty. Security would have to be of paramount consideration. There are other things as well but I won’t go into them here as that is not what this post is meant to be about.

I’ve been wondering about freedom too, what is it? What do we mean when we invoke it? Can it be separated into different freedoms or is it a case of all or none?

I’m looking for ways to promote GamingMoments.net aswell. I’m thinking about getting in touch with the press departments of various games related companies so that I don’t have to rely on other sites for my news. Being the source of a new story is a good way of getting readers. There are other ways of gaining readers too and I’ll be trying a few of them over the coming weeks as well.

As I’ve said I have an untidy mind, these things are just what floated into my consciousness when I wrote this post. Distinguishing themselves from the general clutter through some unknowable process running deep in my mind. Who knows what will get thrown up tomorrow?
